All of our items are lovingly handmade to order. Please allow up to 5 - 7 business days for your custom pieces to be crafted before shipping. If you need an urgent order, feel free to contact us -we’ll do our best to help where we can.

What colours can I choose from?

We offer a beautiful selection of acrylic colours for our custom products. You can view our standard colour options in the product photos, or message us if you’d like a closer look.

Can I see a sample of the colours before ordering?

If you're unsure about which colour to choose, feel free to reach out — we're happy to send a close-up photo to help you decide.

Will the colour look exactly like the photo?

We do our best to ensure colours are shown as accurately as possible, but please note that lighting, screen settings, and material finishes can slightly affect how colours appear in person

Order Accuracy

Please double-check your personalisation details (names, numbers, colours) before completing your order - we are unable to refund or remake items for errors submitted at checkout. If you need your order urgently, feel free to contact us prior to ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
