What colours can I choose from? We offer a beautiful selection of acrylic colours for our custom products. You can view our standard colour options in the product photos, or message us if you’d like a closer look. Can I see a sample of the colours before ordering? If you're unsure about which colour to choose, feel free to reach out — we're happy to send a close-up photo to help you decide. Will the colour look exactly like the photo? We do our best to ensure colours are shown as accurately as possible, but please note that lighting, screen settings, and material finishes can slightly affect how colours appear in person

Custom Orders & Changes If you need a special request or custom design that’s not listed, we’re happy to help! Just get in touch before placing your order and we can chat about what’s possible. Order Accuracy Please double-check your personalisation details (names, numbers, colours) before completing your order - we are unable to refund or remake items for errors submitted at checkout. If you need your order urgently, feel free to contact us prior to ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Are the tag colours accurate? We work hard to photograph our pet tags as true-to-colour as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and print processes. Can I choose a custom font for my pet tag? Absolutely! If you have a particular font style in mind, let us know in the order notes or message us. We’re happy to customise it for you.

Please double-check your pet's name and contact number carefully before ordering. As these are custom-made items, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for incorrect information provided at checkout
