We want you to love your Pixie & Co products! If there is an issue, please read below:

Change of Mind:

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

  • Pixie & Co is not responsible for errors provided by the customer (e.g., spelling mistakes).

 

Faulty or Damaged Items:

  • If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • We may request photos and will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.

 

Incorrect Orders:

  • If we made an error with your order, we will promptly remake or refund the affected item(s).

 

Return Shipping:

  • For approved returns, we will cover the return shipping cost if the item is faulty or incorrect.
