Products & Customisation:

• All custom orders are made to your specifications. It is your responsibility to check spelling and details provided.

• Colours and patterns may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of our items and screen displays.

Pricing & Payments:

• All prices are in NZD and include GST.

• We accept payments via all major banks

• Full payment is required before production begins.

 

Order Cancellations:

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Intellectual Property:

• All designs, images, and content on Pixie & Co's website are owned by us. Unauthorised use or reproduction is prohibited.
